Lived Experience: I was diagnosed as Autistic at the age of 44 and have traits of ADHD.

Expertise: I have expertise in working with trauma, anxiety disorders, low mood, sleep difficulties etc. I mainly work with neurodivergent adults (mainly autistic and ADHD) struggling with aspects related to their neurotype and those experiencing physical health difficulties.

I’m a late diagnosed autistic psychologist and mum of 3 girls. I have two dogs and enjoy walking / running with them, listening to music, lighting candles, eating out and going to the cinema.
