About Me:

I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist with over 16 years’ post-qualification experience,

specialising in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming therapy. I work with adults and

couples/relationships experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, burnout, identity exploration, and the long-term impact of feeling misunderstood or unsupported. My approach is relational, compassionate, and collaborative, with a strong focus on creating a space where clients feel safe to unmask, reflect, and understand themselves without judgement.

Alongside extensive experience in private practice, I have worked within NHS community mental health services, addiction services, and the probation sector. I offer therapy in a flexible and accessible way, including online, telephone, messaging, and face-to-face sessions, adapting the process to suit each individual’s needs rather than expecting clients to fit a rigid model of therapy.

I am to provide an inclusive service with a focus on anti-oppressive practice and welcome GSRD.
