You'll notice that we don't have a phone number

Because our staff might be in sessions or training throughout the day, we can't always be available to take phone calls. In our experience, it can lead to a lot of frustration when someone has taken the time and effort, and in many cases built up the courage to make that initial call to us for support and it isn't answered. To avoid unnecessary effort and anxiety for people who need our support, we ask people instead to fill in the contact form and we will be in touch within 2 working days to arrange an initial discovery call at a set time to suit you, which can be done either via voice or video chat. The waiting time for a discovery call is usually around 5-7 days, but this may be longer over holiday periods.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide support in an acute mental health crisis, but there are other services that can help.

If you are in crisis and need help urgently, you can contact Samaritans on 116 123 free of charge 24h/day.

Your local NHS 24h Single Point of Access/crisis team or NHS 111 may also be able to provide support, advice and referrals to crisis support services in your area.
