Expertise

I work with family systems therapy and specialise in working with trauma. This can be big traumas that happen as a one-off incident, or many small traumas that might occur in dysfunctional family homes, or as a result of being neurodiverse in a neurotypical world. I work with relationships, with self primarily, and then with self and other, so common themes may be ‘how can I learn to trust myself?’. You may have questions about how you relate to others and about patterns that keep showing up.

I work with you and get curious about what you might want to change in your life. This can be anything from changing communication dynamics to getting unstuck from patterns. Accessing therapy can be transformational, and the only requirement is a desire for change.

I specialise in burnout, overwhelm, neurodivergence (ADHD/autism), menopause, and life transitions. My work focuses on how the nervous system, internal capacity, and external demands interact, supporting you to better understand their limits, reduce cognitive and emotional load, and build more sustainable, compassionate ways of living.
