Services offered:

Adult short and long-term counselling, student and young adult counselling, support before, during and after diagnoses. Support for parents of neurodivergent children.

Lived experience:

I’m a parent to neurodivergent children, which has shaped my understanding of how challenging everyday life can be. I personally live with ADHD and dyscalculia traits recognised outside of formal clinical assessment.

Expertise:

I have experience, and I particularly welcome clients who feel “different”, misunderstood, or overwhelmed, including those who are neurodivergent, queer, mixed-heritage, or navigating cultural transitions, identity, or emotional neglect. If you’re going through a time of change, feeling disconnected, or unsure how to cope with big emotions, I offer a space to reflect, reconnect, and work at your pace.

Many of my clients come with overlapping experiences, such as anxiety, low self-worth, grief, and are also exploring their neurodivergence, often later in life. They might describe feeling “too much”, “too sensitive”, or “never quite getting it right”.

I also offer therapy in Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian

Location:

Online via Google Meet.

About Me:

My approach is gentle, relational, and inclusive. I aim to provide a welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can bring whatever feels important, without pressure or expectation. I believe each person’s emotional world, history, and nervous system is uniquely shaped, and that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we can explore your experiences in a way that feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in respect.

In our sessions, I aim to create an atmosphere where you feel heard and genuinely met, where masking, perfectionism, or people-pleasing can gently soften. I will support you in exploring the beliefs, expectations, or past experiences that may be shaping how you feel, behave, or relate to

others today.

You’re welcome to stim, fidget, speak in fragments, and arrive exactly as you are. I don’t expect a coherent story or a polished version of you. Sessions are led by what feels most pressing or meaningful, from relationship struggles, burnout, grief, or overwhelm, to exploring identity, sensory sensitivity, emotional disconnection, or deep-rooted shame.

My work is grounded in:

 Person-centred and trauma-informed principles

 Polyvagal and somatic awareness — recognising how anxiety, shutdown, and hypervigilance can live in the body

 A neuroaffirming lens — understanding masking, executive function challenges, sensory overload, and the emotional cost of trying to “fit in”
