About Me:

Clients tell me I am a warm and approachable therapist, who is easy to talk to. I work collaboratively with clients to meet their individual needs and they value the new perspectives and strategies I offer that help bring change.

I'm a creative, cat owner, who loves being in nature, swimming and being active.  I prefer deep conversations to chit chat and enjoy life-based films, books and poetry writing.

Getting a late diagnosis in my late fifties and learning to embrace being ADHD has been a drawn-out, but enriching journey.  Understanding how it’s affected me throughout life, plus given me annoying daily challenges, buy unexpected joy- now it all makes sense!
