Services offered:
Short-term, medium-term, long-term or open-ended, usually weekly, sessions for adults aged 18+ in the UK via Zoom. I offer 30 minute, 60 minute or 75 minute sessions. Please contact me for current fees.

I have experience working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. In addition, I have special interest in experiences of neurodivergence and neurodiversity, identity, highly sensitive people, disabilities and chronic health conditions.

Welcome, I'm Helen, most people call me Hallie, I offer one-to-one, usually weekly, sessions to adults 18+ in the UK via Zoom.
I appreciate a safe space can mean something different to all of us. I won’t dismantle any walls, I will work together with you to explore what you want to get from sessions at your own pace. I'm here to meet you where you are with empathy and will honour your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and what they mean to you. You're welcome here just as you are.
I appreciate your experience as an individual, as well as the role that society can have. I'm a warm, inclusive person and a trainee psychotherapist and trainee member of UKCP, working towards full registration. I've completed an MSc in Person-centred & Experiential Psychotherapy (distinction).
