About Me:
Whether you have recently discovered you are neurodivergent, have lived with a diagnosis for years, or are simply trying to understand yourself better, therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to explain or hide who you are.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted from masking, struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, burnout, relationships or low self-esteem. Whatever brings you to therapy, we will work together to understand your experiences with curiosity and compassion, building on your strengths rather than focusing on what’s “wrong”.
I work with adults, children and young people, supporting people with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity, self-esteem and life transitions.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, drawing primarily on Transactional Analysis. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a teacher and SENCo, supporting children, young people and families with diverse emotionaland developmental needs.
I aim to offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel understood, accepted and supported to make sense of your experiences, discover your strengths and create meaningful change.
