    About Me:

Whether you want to understand yourself better, navigate a difficult period in your life, explore the impact of past experiences or work towards positive change, I aim to work collaboratively with you at your own pace. I offer a trauma-informed, affirming and non-judgemental space where your individual needs, identity and perspective are respected.

I work relationally, drawing primarily on a person-centred approach to provide a grounding, safe and compassionate space where you can feel heard and understood. As an integrative practitioner, I may invite you to explore how past and present experiences connect and have shaped you, your relationships and your journey. This flexible approach allows us to respond to your changing needs, making space for reflection, understanding and new perspectives as they emerge.

My work is guided by what feels important to you. I will meet you wherever you are in your journey, working collaboratively with your individual communication style and ways of expressing yourself. I approach our work with curiosity, valuing the unique perspectives and strengths we each bring. I will regularly check in with you about your needs so that we can work together in a way that feels comfortable, supportive and meaningful.

I have experience in trauma counselling, supporting people with difficulties arising from traumatic experiences, including anxiety, depression, relationships, boundaries and navigating medical services and the special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) system.

I work with neurodivergent and neuro-questioning clients, including people with ADHD, Autism and AuDHD. I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, disabled people, parents, survivors of sexual trauma, and those living with long-term illness or affected by system-generated

    trauma.

I aim to provide an inclusive and accepting space where you feel welcome to bring your whole self. I respect each person’s individual experiences, identity and needs, and welcome people from all backgrounds.
