About me
I grew up with CPTSD and anxiety. I have a background in health and social care working in hospitals. I have also worked in the community with physical and learning disabilities and with school-aged children. I have a child with ADHD, Autism and hypermobility which led to my own ADHD and autism diagnoses. I also have a chronic illness, so I have a good understanding of the impact of this.
