CPD, training and groups for organisations

We provide both online and in-person neurodiversity training for organisations across the UK.

Courses include Neurodiversity 101, Working Therapeutically with ADHD, and from Jan 2025 our autism and AuDHD courses will be part of our corporate offering.

We have worked with diverse organisations, including counselling services, counselling training providers, higher education, advocacy and human rights organisations, peer support and mental health services, crisis services and government. Our training courses can be tailored to your organisation and staff needs.

Our facilitators are carefully chosen for their lived experience, professional knowledge and qualifications and their ability to engage learners from different professional backgrounds.

 

  • We offer training in person across the UK. Our facilitators come to your organisation and deliver a full day's training on your site.

    Our courses are interactive, full of lively discussion and activities to spark new ideas and get people thinking and talking.

    Full day training packages start from £1000/day depending on group size/travel requirements.

  • Online training offers flexibility for remote/hybrid staff teams and teams on different shifts.

    Online training is delivered over Zoom or Teams. We ensure online learning is every bit as interactive and engaging as our in-person offerings.

    Online training day rates start from £625 depending on group size/needs.

    Discounts available for small charities and nonprofits.

  • Clinical supervision groups for counsellors and psychotherapists offer focused, small group spaces to discuss practice, support one another and develop clinical skills in a supportive, facilitated group setting.

    Our experienced neurodivergent clinical supervisors are trained in individual and group supervision.

    We currently offer group supervision online and in the following areas: West/South Yorkshire, Leeds, Kirklees, Calderdale, Sheffield, Rotherham, Oldham, Glossop, Tameside areas, London inner/South.

    Our max group size is 10, to ensure that all members have space and opportunity to contribute.

    Rates start from £250 for 2hrs online or £300 in person.

  • Our reflective practice groups are less formal support spaces than clinical supervision and are suitable for multidisciplinary teams, mental health support workers/PWPs, peer support staff, etc.

    Staff are supported in a facilitated group to reflect on practice, issues within practice and within teams, in a supportive and non-judgemental space.

    Our reflective practice groups also consider the impact of neurodiversity and neurodivergence on relationships between staff and clients and within teams.

    Reflective practice groups start from £250 for a group of 15 for 2hrs (online) or £300 in person.
